Parham Pourostad is currently completing his Juris Doctor (JD) at Western University, focusing on Business Law. With an academic background that includes a Global BBA from Emlyon Business School (France) and an International BA from York University’s Glendon College, he brings a multidisciplinary and multilingual perspective to legal research and policy.
As Honorary Assistant to NATIONS GATE® Law Professional Corporation, Parham contributes to academic and comparative legal research under the mentorship of Dr. Pourostad. His role is non-remunerated, informal, and strictly non-practicing — in full respect of his upcoming judicial clerkship at the Tax Court of Canada (2025–2026).
He previously interned at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris and was selected as French Oralist for the 2024 Laskin Moot.
